Before starting the project, we conduct a thorough assessment to determine the location of existing pipes to avoid any damage during demolition. The old bathroom is then carefully demolished, and all debris is removed from the site to ensure a clean working environment. Following the demolition, new plumbing is installed according to the project specifications. The space is prepared for tiling, ensuring that all surfaces are properly leveled. Finally, the necessary fixtures and accessories are installed, completing the renovation. Each step is meticulously planned and executed to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

In this project, instead of traditional tiles, we used a product called microcement, which comes in a variety of colors. The client selected a specific color to match their preference. The project timeline was slightly longer compared to tiling, as each layer of microcement requires ample drying time. Microcement is completely waterproof and arguably offers superior quality compared to tiles, which is why we recommend it. The result is a completely modern and chic bathroom, albeit a bit more expensive.
