How We Transformed This Twickenham Bathroom

First, we removed the old wall between the bathroom and toilet. Then, we extended the bathroom by adding space from the adjacent room. Next, our builders constructed a new wall and installed a sliding door hidden inside it. This added both style and saved space.

After that, our team changed the plumbing and wiring to suit the new layout. As a result, all fixtures were placed more efficiently and worked better together.

Bathroom Renovation Putney was a full transformation completed in just 23 working days, delivering both function and style to this South West London home. The project involved a complete overhaul of plumbing, including new hot and cold water pipes and replacement of the toilet outlet system.

Putney Bathroom Project – Metro Tiles, Marble, and Smart Lighting

First, we stripped out the old fixtures and installed a brand-new plumbing system to match the new layout. Then, we prepared the space for tiling and fittings, ensuring long-term durability and smooth operation of all elements.

Next, we used green metro wall tiles (20x10cm) for the bathtub area, creating a bold and fresh visual effect. For the toilet and basin section, we installed white marble effect tiles (33x60cm) to add a premium feel.

Additionally, the front panel of the bathtub was tiled and fitted with LED strip lights equipped with a motion sensor. This detail not only enhanced aesthetics but also added practical nighttime visibility.

The shower plumbing was routed via the ceiling to ensure a seamless, clean aesthetic. A wet room drain was also installed to guarantee efficient water flow and prevent pooling.
